Dr. Emanuel Bronner was a master soapmaker, self-proclaimed rabbi, and, allegedly, Albert Einstein’s nephew.
In 1947, after escaping from a mental institution, he invented the formula for “Dr. Bronner’s Magic Soap,” a peppermint-infused, all-natural, multi-purpose liquid that can be found today in every American health food store. On each bottle of his soap, he printed an ever-evolving set of teachings he called “The Moral ABC,” designed, in his words, “TO UNITE ALL MANKIND FREE!” A human story about a socially responsible company, “Dr. Bronner’s Magic Soapbox” documents the complicated family legacy behind the counterculture’s favorite cleaning product — Bronner’s son, 68-year-old Ralph, endured over 15 orphanages and foster homes as a child, but despite difficult memories, is his father’s most ardent fan… |
Here's the deal: Buy any download today.
We'll deduct that price from your purchase off the DVD if you decide to buy it. Or if you want the higher res download later on, the amount you already spent on the low res download counts toward the upgrade.
This offer doesn't expire. We're not going to make you pay extra for figuring out that you love one of our movies so much that you want the DVD or high res download. That's just how we roll.
We never want you to feel ripped off when you buy something on B-Side. It's that simple. We came up with the idea that the purchase of a download is like a down payment on a DVD - that you'll never have to spend extra on a film just because you bought the download first - because we think it's the right way to do business.
Trying to get every last penny out of you is not our thing. Helping you find (and buy) great movies is.

This is an amazing story of a very interesting man. If you've ever wondered what all that writing on the side of Dr. Bronner's soap was about you have to see this film. And even if you have never tried the soap I would recommend this film just because this man, Dr. Bronner is so darn interesting. His son Ralph who is now the public spokes person is also a hoot. After hearing about how they run their company it will also inspire you.
